- Mr. Davis has been a broker and partner at Carnahan & Davis, Ltd. since its inception. Mr. Davis brokered and managed apartments in Portland for twenty years before joining Ms. Carnahan to form a new firm.
- Mr. Davis’ real estate career began at Oregon Department of Transportation where he appraised real property including single family, multifamily, commercial and industrial. He has qualified in Oregon courts as an expert appraisal witness and as an expert property management witness.

- Mr. Davis’ other interests include history, law and the futures markets. His articles have been published in Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities and the Journal of the Market Technicians of America.
